The room was spacious and comfortable, more than what we needed as a family of four. We liked that the room had enough clean sheets and towels, and best of all, they provided sets of pajamas for us during our stay. Excellent service from the front desk as well.

The hotel is very close to Kanazawa Station, just take the underpass at the West Exit and you are there. There is a 7-11 just below it so was very easy to buy snacks and other stuff. The hotel room itself was good enough to squeeze 4 beds and have some walking space. It has the usual amenities and was clean. The toilet itself was good and clean. Staff was very friendly and professional, responding to our requests very immediately.

The largest, most luxurious room of our entire 18-day stay in Japan, comparable to any upscale hotel stay in the USA. The hotel watched our luggage for free prior to check-in and all day after check-out while we did our sightseeing tour of the city.

+ Ridiculously large rooms but still well proportioned and comfortable. Nice seating area with armchairs and footrests to rest those weary feet’s after a whole day of sightseeing + excellent location 5 mins away from JR and bus stations

My room was huge (>30 m^2) and nicely laid out, on the 10th floor with a nice view. Located close to station (only a few minutes walk). Ideal for catching an early train in the morning.

Convenient to catch a train ,bus, taxi. Downstair with 7/11 shop. Quiet place and clean. Feel safe while walking in the night. Kanazawa is good place for relaxing with nice places to visit.

It is close to the train station, and if you enjoy walking it’s just about 15 minutes from the station to the fish market and another 10 to the castle and the garden. Very handy location! Also it is clean and staff friendly and helpful.

There’s a convenience store right next to the hotel, it’s close to the station and also close to bars approximately 10min walking). The bed and pillow were pretty comfortable. Bathtub was great for relaxing time. The reception is 24h. The room had slippers, towels, pajamas and even skin care products. Tv with Netflix. We had a great experience.

It is an accommodation with the largest space I experienced in Japan, it was very comfortable and clean, even the bathroom and bathtub were spacious. The breakfast was delicious, they had typical desserts from the area, and the staff in general was very kind and friendly. I will stay again, I also really liked the neighborhood, there is a shopping center nearby and it was fun to play in the arcade! I have good memories! thank you so much
